Client-owned hardware
The server belongs to the client. Tavimedia can recommend, source, install, and document it, but the ownership remains clear.
Client-owned data
Files, photos, archives, and internal documents remain on systems controlled by the client, not inside Tavimedia's own platform.
Clear maintenance access
Maintenance access should be documented, revocable, and separated from client credentials. No hidden backdoors.
Exit handoff
If a client leaves, credentials can be rotated, Tavimedia access can be removed, and documentation can be transferred.
